4-Way to 7-Way Adapter for Ford Ranger Towing Trailer with 7-Way

Question:

Which conversion cable do I need for 2007 ford ranger which has the 4 pin connection with the 1 male pin and 3 female pins on the truck see first picture and the trailer has the round with 6 flat and one round male in middle see the picture 2. Most of what i have seen seem to be the same as what I have on both ends and I need the reverse of these.

The adapter you need to go from the 4-way on your 2007 Ford Ranger to the 7-way RV style connector on your trailer is the # 37185. The truck's 4-way will plug right into the adapter and once you connect the 7-way of your trailer to it you'd be ready to tow!
