Question:
I have a Jensen tv and a Jensen stereo dvd system, I connected an audio cable from output jacks on my tv to input jacks on the stereo and set the stereo to aux 1. I am getting no sound with tv speaker turned off. What am I missing? Thank you

I spoke with Jensen and they informed me that the issue you are having is usually caused by an incorrect setting on the stereo so the good news is that it should be a simple fix. In order to do this you will need to go into the audio settings on the stereo and change the AUX Input from variable to fixed after you have turned off the speakers on the TV.
If the above does not fix your issue then you will need to reach out to the manufacturer and have them walk you through the troubleshooting steps.
