Yes, the Curt fifth wheel bracket # C16306 does fit your 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 Outdoorsman as long as it has the 6-1/2 foot bed and does not have the EcoDiesel engine. If you have any other version of the Outdoorsman you'd want the # C16444 as it fits all of the other variations.
