Does Adco Motorhome Cover Have Lower RV Protection to Prevent Wind Underneath

Question:
I am considering purchasing this product for a 32foot Sunseeker c class motor home that my wife and I live in full time for use in South Lake Tahoe this winter. My thought was to customize openings where needed around windows, vents, etc., both adding a a slight additional insulation layer, and serving as skirting to keep the RV protected from cold air under the RV. My question is whether the material is sufficiently sturdy and wind resistant to serve as a skirt for the RV.

When the Adco Olefin HD RV Cover # AD94ZR is installed the bottom of it does touch the ground which protects wind from getting underneath it. I attached a picture that shows this cover installed and you can see what I am referring to. It does provide a skirting like you mentioned.
As far as customizing opening on it for the windows we really don't have a recommended way to accomplish that.
Check out the install video I attached as well.
