Took measurements I should have sent photos I pretty sure I should be good with this tool box

To use the Truxedo TonneauMate Truck Bed Tool Box # TX1117416 you will need to have at least 22.25" from the front of the bed to the back edge of the bed slide and at least 14.75" depth in the bed. If when fully slid into your bed for storage the slide does not provide that much space, this Truck Bed Tool Box won't work on your 2016 F-150.

If you don't have that much space, but can provide me with the dimensions of space you have with your bed slide I can help recommend an alternate tool box that might work for you.

Judging from the picture, it looks like your truck bed is deep enough for the tool box to even fit over the bed slide, so the 22.25" likely won't be needed to take into consideration.
