Will this slip on our 2007 Ridgeline mirrors..

I do have an option for you there are currently not any custom slip on towing mirrors available for the 2007 Honda Ridgeline at this time. I recommend to use an universal towing mirror that is more cost effective and you can move them from vehicle to vehicle if you need to.
I recommend the CIPA Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On part # 11953-2 because the adjustable straps make them easy to install and they will add 7" wide x 5-1/2" tall of visibility to your existing mirror.
