We actually don't have a Sportsman grille guard from Westin that fits a 2003 Ford Expedition so we don't have a hardware kit that would work for you. Also it's worth noting that you can't adapt a guard from one vehicle to another by just swapping hardware as the guards and the hardware kits are vehicle specific. Best option for a similar grille guard would be the Aries part # AA3054 which is a confirmed fit and comes with the correct install kit as well.
