I find 13275 on a offer up and I was wondering if you would fit my 144 wheelbase Mercedes Sprinter cargo van

I do have a great alternative for you, however the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # 13275 that you referenced will not fit your 2012 Mercedes Sprinter with the 144" wheelbase. This particular unit is designed only for the 2010-2011 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 cab and chassis with a 170 wheelbase. It will not line up with the frame rails on your vehicle.
For a similar Class III hitch from Curt you will need the Curt # 13358, which will work perfectly as long as you have the 2500 model with the factory step bumper. If you instead have the 2500 or 3500 model with the standard bumper the correct hitch is the Curt # C13388.
