Low Profile Quality Toolbox For A-frame Trailer

Question:

Do they offer a low profile version of this box? UWS01039 Im wondering if there is any reason why this could not be mounted to the front of a trailer. DZ8546SB

Yes, there is a low profile UWS A-frame trailer tool box part # UWS04531 for gloss black and part # UWS04530 for silver. They are both 16 inches wide, 34 inches long and 13 inches tall with a cubic square feet of 2.9 so they will not provide as much storage space as the UWS tool box part # UWS01039.

There is no reason why you can't use the DeeZee Hardware Series Truck Bed Toolbox - Utility Chest Style part # DZ8546SB on your trailer's a-frame as long as you have the space. People usually use A-frame toolboxes because they match the shape of the trailer so they look nicer and there isn't any overhang. The DeeZee Hardware Series Truck Bed Toolbox measures 46-1/2 inches long x 19 inches wide x 17 inches tall so it will most likely hang off of the sides of the trailer a couple inches. You will also most likely need to source additional hardware to secure it to the tongue.
