I checked with Westin Automotive directly who confirmed the Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper # 66000 will fit your 1994 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer. The installation kit to accompany this bumper is # 97200 providing all the parts you need for the install. It is a universal kit so while they don't have one specifically designed for the 1994 S-10 Blazer, this kit will work great for you.
