The Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder part # LA-401 is an excellent option for your 2003 Monaco Monarch SE Motorhome to replacing an existing ladder. The hinged design will be needed for the curved rear exterior wall and the customize-able length will give you a great first step height. The locations of the stand-offs should be able to be reused for an easy install. If you need a lower step height then you can add the Stromberg Carlson RV Ladder Extension part # LA-148.
