Question:

I am looking at RV bathroom sink LaSalle Bristol 34416166PP, I have a countertop opening that measures 12.75 inches by 15.75 inches oval. The details on this sink says it measures 12x15. Is the 12x15 the total outside dimensions from outside rim to outside rim? Or is 12x15 the inside dimensions at the widest part of bowl?

The 12" x 15" dimensions are going to be the inside dimensions of the bowl, and there is an extra 3/4" lip that runs around the diameter of the sink. Since these are designed to be mounted on your counter top, you'll typically need a hole at least 12"x15" for this to be mounted.

My concern is that your counter top opening is the same size as the outer dimensions of this sink and unless your measurements are slightly off, it won't provide an adequate fit. For that reason I recommend using the LaSalle Bristol "17x20" Oval # # 34416370PPA which is designed to fit oval shaped cutouts larger than 10" x 15"-which will provide the best fit in your 12-3/4" x 15-3/4".
