Yes, the Derale Tube-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit w/ Sandwich Adapter (Multiple Threads) # D15502 will work with your 2002 Dodge Ram. Based on my research your truck has 3/4"-16 threads, which is compatible with the adapter this kit comes with.
