I would like to add this rack to the bed of my 2017 F250 to carry my kayaks. I was curious how tall the rack is from the bed rail to the top of the rack?

The Adarac Pro # A4000952 is 30" tall from the bed rail to the tallest point of the rack when installed. This rack is designed to sit a couple inches above the cab, as well.
For carrying kayaks, you'll want to add the Aluminum Tie-Downs # A4000882 to provide a secure tie down point or the Load Stops # A4000880 which have tie down points integrated while also providing stabilization of your cargo.
