For a similar trailer hitch with the same hidden design we do have the Eco-Hitch # 306-X7381, which is confirmed to fit your 2019 Subaru Ascent and is made right here in the USA. The 2 inch receiver on this model will sit behind the factory knockout panel on the bumper (see attached image) and it features a 5,000 pound towing weight capacity.
