Question:
I have a 2017 ford raptor and am going to be towing a 7000lb trailer... I want to firm up some of the rear end sag and was told about some springs. What is the correct part number to help in sag issues? Looking at sumo springs

Expert Reply:
The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle part # SS52GR will help with rear sag on the Ford Raptor and is the best option for ride quality. Some of the other springs available for the Raptor can create an uncomfortable and stiff ride when the Raptor is not towing. The SumoSprings compress under the weight of the of the cargo. They are designed to become stiffer when under a heavy load and compress easily for lighter loads. We have also had multiple customers say the SumoSprings really eliminated their sag on their trucks.
