I lost one of the plastic adjustment and attachment clips. Can replacements be ordered?

I believe you are referring to the Replacement Strap # 11952STRAP for the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2. Other than that there are no other replacement parts and you'd need to replace the entire mirror. If just one needs to be replaced you can use part # 7070 as the part you referenced is for 2 mirrors.
