The best trailer hitch for your 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport that is going to allow you to open your rear hatch with a tilting bike rack is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75229.
As you can see by the accompanying photo, this Class III 2" trailer hitch sits well below the hatch opening of your '18 Range Rover Sport so a tilting bike rack such as the Saris SuperClamp EX 2 Bike Platform Rack # SA4025F will allow you to open your hatch when it is tilted.
