If the current valve you're using can be disassembled so that the flanges can be removed from the valve body, you'll have a pretty easy install. Remove the 4 bolts holding the existing flanges to he valve body you're wanting to replace then slide out the valve body. Remove the flanges from the new valve and slide in the new valve. Then bolt hole spacing is an industry standard, so as long as the old valve has the 4 bolts that allow you to remove the flanges, you should be good to go.
If the existing flanges cannot be removed, what you'll need to do is cut the existing valve out right where the pipes meet the flanges on both sides. Then, remove a short length of pipe on the input side of the existing valve, use a # D50-2935 couplings and a length of 3" ABS pipe from your local home center to piece everything back together. We also offer the cement as part # A05-0303. From the black water tank, you'll connect the coupling to the correct length of pipe, then the pipe to the input side of the new valve. On the output side, if losing the 1 inch of length from cutting off the old valve isn't going to cause an issue, you can simply cement the outlet pipe into the outlet side of the valve and call it a day. If you wish to add some length, you can certainly do so by adding a length of 3 inch pipe and using another coupler like the one mentioned above.
