I do have an option to carry your Honda 50cc Metropolitan scooter behind your Winnebago motor home.
Most of the platform style motorcycle carriers are not recommended for use behind a motor home because that much weight being loaded onto the back of a vehicle that long can cause safety issues.
I recommend the Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier, part # UF48-979033. This carrier does require the hitch to have at least a 500-lb tongue weight capacity. It is designed to be used on the back of a motor home as long as the hitch is attached to the frame and not the bumper. It has a weight capacity of 500 lbs, so you should not have a problem hauling the Honda scooter, which has a listed weight of under 200 lbs.
