Do you have any recommendations on how to keep these from falling off when going down the road ?

If you are having issues with the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover part # QT655C falling off then I recommend wrapping a few of the lug nuts with electric tape so the cover will then have a tighter grip. This should work to help fix your issue but if it does not then please just let me know.
