I already own HD bars. Can I use these feet - CXB - Heavy Duty Removable Rail Mount Leg - to use the bars on a 2011 Volkswagen Golf Wagon roof rail?

We do have a roof rack solution for you, though I checked with Rhino-Rack about the compatibility of Leg Kit # CXB on your 2011 VW Golf Wagon with raised side rails, and this leg kit is not going to fit your vehicle. There is not a kit that is going to allow you to use the HD bars on your '11 VW Golf wagon, but you can get a brand new rack system for what it would cost to mount your current bars.
Instead, I recommend checking out the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG215.
The Malone is a cost-effective yet quality rack with aero shaped bars so you will have a much quieter, more enjoyable ride with this racks on your roof than what you would have with HD bars, even with a fairing.
