If you need the chains for a 2002 Lincoln Town Car with 225/60R16 tires you can use the Titan Chain # TC1138 chains featuring twisted link chain in a ladder pattern. These chains are also Class-S compatible for for tight clearance in wheel wells. With these chains I recommend rubber adjusters # PW100 to make installation and adjustment easier.
The manufacturer does not give th measurements you asked for, but you can buy with confidence that these will be a good fit for your tires.
I have included a link to our FAQ on tire chains for you. You will also want to consult your owners manual to determine if chains can be used and it there are any restrictions or recommendations.
