Improving the ride quality of your 2015 Winnebago Trend motorhome is something we can help you with, though I should note that there is no way to upgrade the towing capacity, which is set by the manufacturer. I recommend adhering to the capacity to ensure you do not put undue stress on your Winnebago's chassis, transmission and suspension components.
The best way to enhance the ride of your '15 Trend is with the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-143 because it is a vast improvement over the OEM sway bar and its placement at the rear of the vehicle ensures it will improve your Winnebago's handling and greatly reduce sway. A motorhome will sway because of how much larger and how much more weight their is at the rear, and the anti-sway bar works to continually stabilize that section, so you no longer have to white knuckle the steering wheel when you encounter crosswinds or a passing semi.
The anti-sway bar is the best thing for you, but you can further improve your ride by adding the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-313-47 to your rear axle. The SumoSprings are made of a cushioning microcellular urethane which compresses, and the two springs works independently to help reduce body roll and keep you level.
I highly recommend adding both of these products to improve your ride as this combination will allow you to enjoy the journey to your destination, but if you are going to start with just one it should be the Anti-Sway bar, followed by the SumoSprings.
I have added links to video reviews of both the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-143 and SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-313-47 for you to check out as well.
