Trailer Hitch Recommendation For 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC-300 To Tow WaveRunners

To Whom It May Concern: I own a GLC 300 Mercedes Benz and I am reaching out to see if it can tow two waverunners plus a trailer. The weight is approximately 1184 pounds. Would you recommend towing for this vehicle before I install a hitch to my vehicle.

Yes you can tow the two waverunners on a trailer with the Mercedes. I recommend Curt Trailer Hitch receiver part # C13290 for your 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC-300 because it will provide about 1/2" more ground clearance then the other options on your Mercedes. It is a nice concealed cross tube design so the only part of the hitch that is visible is the receiver portion. I have attached an installation video and photo for your reference.

I checked out the owner's manual for the GLC 300 and from what I can tell as long as you do not exceed 280 lbs tongue weight then you can tow the trailer with the GLC. The tongue weight is normally 10-15% of the loaded weight, which is 1,184 in your case so your tongue weight should be between 118-177 lbs.
