Question:
I bought a Curt A20 hitch to replace an older RBW hitch. I need to get a new install kit as well now since the RBW bed rail slots do not fit the Curt A20. Which kit would fit a 1999 Ford F250 superduty 6 ft bed?? I am hoping the bed rail bolt holes line up so all I would have to do is replace the rails. Thanks in advance for your help!

The base rail kit I recommend for use with the Curt A20 on your 1999 Ford F-250 is the Curt Custom Base Rail Kit # C16443-204. This uses custom brackets that eliminate drilling into your vehicle frame but I don't recommend using same brackets from your RBW setup for these base rails because brackets and base rails need to be from the same manufacturer to ensure you have the correct weight capacity.
Please note that since you have a short bed for your Super Duty it would be best to have the sliding version of the A20, part # C16541, to make sure that you have enough trailer to cab clearance.
The Custom Kit # C16448-104 that you referenced is designed for 2005 - 2010 Ford Super Duty pickups.
