Can I extend the wires on the parallel kit about 5’ on each side by either soldering wires on or using and extension?

Yes, if you wanted to extend the wiring of the Parallel Power Kit for etrailer Inverter Generators # 333-0007 you certainly could by just wiring in the length of wire you'd need. We do not have an extender kit for this though.
