Roof Rack Recommendation for 2019 Ford F-150 Crew Cab for Carrying Ladders

Would this roof rack be able to hold a 30ft ladder safely on a Ford F-150 crew cab ?

The SeaSucker roof rack part # 298-SX6000B that you referenced has a weight capacity of 150 lbs and has a pull strength per vacuum cup of 210 lbs. Which this rack has a total of 6 cups so it would easily be rated to carry a 30 foot ladder.

I'd rather recommend you the Rhino Rack Heavy Duty roof rack that is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ford F-150 crew cab that consists of # RB1500B-2, # RRRLKHD, and # DK427. This heavy duty style bar is better suited for carrying ladders as it's a larger square bar with a rubber anti-slip strip on top of it and can have load stops easily installed on like the # RRRLH which would be ideal for carrying a ladder rack. Plus I prefer roof racks that grab onto the vehicle using clips and not vacuum cups. Even if the vacuum cups are rated for it. I attached an install video link to this page that shows this rack installed on a similar F-150 as yours as well.

For cinch straps the cam buckle cinch straps part # RTD3 would be all you'd need and you'd be ready to go!
