Question:

Here is what I want to do. I have blue Ox tow bars that were used on my 2016 ram 2500 purchased here. I have a 2018 Expedition that is 2wd. Dirve line disconnect will be installed I plan on purchasing the roadmaster base plates for the 4wd 2018 Expedition. Will the blue ox adapter BX88185 work to attach my blue ox tow bars to the raodmaster base plates for the expedition? I should but want to double check before ordering. What diode kit should I get for the expedition lights? my motorhome has a 4 way plug. I have a blue ox braking kit

If you are going to use Direct-Connect style like the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-524457-5 on your 2018 Ford Expedition then yes, the Blue Ox Tow Bar to Roadmaster Base Plate Adapter part # BX88185 will work so long as you have a motorhome mounted tow bar like the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Tow Bar part # BX7380 for example.

For a simple diode kit, I recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit part # RM-154 because the actual diodes are pretty small so there will be less mounting restrictions.
