What to Measure to Get Correct Roller and Awning Kit

Question:

I want to make sure I buy the correct size roller/awning kit. If im measuring for a new awning for my camper, do I measure the fabric itself or do I measure the roller length end to end?

That's a good question, and what you want to do is measure the roller bar assembly as opposed the fabric.

For example if you measure the roller assembly and it is 15 feet you can use the Solera 15' White Fade RV Awning Roller and Fabric # LCV000211483.
