Can Auxiliary Circuit of 7-Way Trailer Wiring Connector be Used for Brake Output Circuit
Question:
i have a dump style truck with tow option and 7 way but who ever connected this brake assist device caused 7 way to not allow power to trailer markers or stop to work disconnected and it works so the question is can i use the auxilary pin on seven way for the brake assist circuit

The auxiliary pin of your 7-way can be used for whatever you need it to be. So if you wanted to use it for a brake controller output circuit you certainly could. It's possible the current circuit you are using has a short on it to other trailer wiring functions which is why yours doesn't like to work with it's current setup. Seeing if you can find a short and fixing as needed might be your better option.
