Hello I am shopping for a ladder rack that is compatible with this cover on a 2010 Ram with a 6.4ft box. Appreciate any help!

The best ladder rack option for your 2010 Ram 6-1/2 ft bed with the Bak Revolver part # BAK64ZR that you mentioned is the Thule TracRac SR part # TH43002XT-501.
This ladder rack fits into the top of the bed rails through the stake pockets which allows room for the Bak Revolver to fit. The Revolver is actually the only tonneau that fits with this ladder rack too.
