Hello , Is a Thule Ski tube compatible with the Malone steel top roof rack with square crossbars ?

By "ski tube" I assume you are referencing a ski carrier, and they are compatible.
The Malone SteelTop Roof Rack # MPG201 that fits your 2015 Toyota 4Runner will absolutely work with a Thule ski carrier such as the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier - 4 Skis or 2 Boards # TH7324B or 6 Skis or 4 Boards # TH7326B.
The Malone SteelTop has square crossbars which are a standard 1-1/4" wide x 7/8" tall so they are going to be compatible with the large majority of accessories that accept square bars. I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
