Custom Fifth Wheel Above Bed Rails For 2013 Ram 2500

Question:
Hello, I cant seem to get the most clear answer I have read a few sites and some say it fits the 2013 and others dont. Can you confirm if this is the correct kit or is the universal kit the only one that will work on the 2013. I assume then for the universal its just not as custom.

There is a custom fifth wheel installation kit for the 2013 Ram 2500 and that is the Demco # DM8552023-71.
