If your van has the factory 4 pin connector, the install will be pretty simple. You'll just need a # 37185 4 pole to 7-way adapter. Plug it in to your 4 pole. If your trailer does not have brakes, simply ground the white wire and you're done. If the trailer does have brakes, you'll want to install a brake controller following the procedures in the help article I've linked for you. The Tekonsha Primus, part # TK90160 is a good, reasonably priced brake controller. You'd also need the # 3035-P wiring harness which would plug in as shown in the article.
If the van does't have a 4 pole connector, you'd first install one using part # HM11140495 then use the # ETBC7 Brake controller wiring kit. The kit includes the 4 pole to 7-way adapter. Due to the size of the vehicle, I'd recommend getting the extra length of wire, # 10-2-1. The kit would install as shown in the video I've linked for you.
