Can I use the Edge # EP84030 on a 2015 GMC Duramax? I just want to use it for gauges.

The Edge Insight # EP84030 is indeed compatible with the 6.6 Duramax in your 2015 GMC Sierra.
A programmer/monitor is also available as part # EP85300. The programmer/monitor can boost your vehicle's performance by up to 135 horsepower and 240 pound feet of torque. The programmer is not approved by CARB for use in the state of California.
