I spoke with Extang and the correct rail seal for your Extang Express Soft Tonneau Cover is the Replacement Rail Seal for Extang Express Tonneau Cover part # EX1080. This seal can be used on both the front and rear rail. It is offered in a 6' long section so you may need more than one and it will need to be cut to fit.
