Can I adjust cut the tubes so that I would be able to the front queen bed?

If you wanted to cut the tubes of the Stromberg Carlson Bunk part # CC-255 to lower the height beyond its current adjustability range you could but it would require drilling new holes in the front support bracket and cutting off the top of it as well to allow for a shorter height.
