Yes, the Westin E-Series 3-inch black nerf bars # 23-1955 that you referenced do fit both of the trucks you mentioned. These steps fit the 2012 GMC Sierra 2500 Crew Cab; they also fit the 1500 and 3500 Crew Cabs. They also fit the 2008 Sierra Crew Cab, including the 1500, 2500 and 3500.
