Can Electric Pump be Used With Valterra RV Water Tank
Question:
Hi, Im looking at the following fresh water tank R8042 The info states: This tank should only be used as gravity fed or with a hand pump. It should not be used with electric water pumps. Is this referring to filling or pulling water out? Thanks,

An electric water pump should not be used for filling or pulling water out of the Valterra RV Water Tank # R8042, according to the manufacturer. This is designed by the manufacturer as a "low pressure application only."
I have added a link to a video review of this tank for you to check out, as well as a link to our entire selection of fresh water tanks, which have a range of 4-1/2 to 36 gallon capacities.
