The Replacement Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for Saris Bike Racks part # SA3021 uses a 1/2"-13 bolt. I am not sure what you mean by pin diameter as the above is a bolt, not a pin but if this was not the information you were looking for please just let me know.
