Question:
Hi! I have a 5th wheel. Trying to hook up to my truck. Only the front legs are down. When I turn on the panel to raise the legs a “external sensor error”. Comes on. Then it says press “enter” to acknowledge. When I press enter it again says error. Tried to turn the panel off and it won’t do that either! Please help!

I spoke with my contact at Lippert and this is what they sent me about the external sensor issue you have:
External sensor error means there is an issue with the rear leveling sensor. This will be located 2-3 foot behind the rearmost axle. There may be an access panel in the underbelly, or there may not. Typically this error is due to a bad connection to the sensor or the sensor itself is bad.
