I have a Kia Sportage 2017 with panoramic sun roof. I am looking cheapest options without installing hitch. What do you recommend? Thanks

The most economical option for carrying bikes with your Kia Sportage 2017 with panoramic sun roof and flush rails is the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack # RRVA126B-2, # RRSX023 which is actually a really great roof rack. It just happens to be better priced than the other options.
Then for bike racks the Rhino Rack Mountain Trail part # RBC035 is a great priced option too that holds the bikes by the forks.
