Do I need to buy the mounting bracket separately? I bought this item and I only received the hood latch

The mounting bracket to actually attach the Hood Latch # PLR284 to the vehicle is included but the keeper end bracket (to secure the latch) is not. This can be added with part # PLR281.

The Hood Latch #37210865 is approximately 3-7/8" in overall length. The internal spring will allow the latch to extend about 1-1/2" further as you pull on it.
