Question:
I have aa 2014 Rockwood windjammer with a pointed living area and am wondering if this unit can be installed on this unit. I also have a weight distribution system installed on the actual trailer hitch frame. Thanks for your assistance

I looked up some pictures of the 2014 Rockwood Windjammer and I don't think there's going to be enough space on the A-frame to mount the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Cargo Carrier # CC-255, especially with brackets from a weight distribution system already attached.
Your best option is going to be with a rear hitch-mounted carrier instead. If you don't yet have a trailer hitch installed I recommend taking a look at the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703 that will fit frame widths of 22 inches to 72 inches. It can be bolted on using the included hardware or welded on for a no-drill application. I have attached a sample installation video that you can check out as well.
Then for the carrier itself I like the Curt 24x60 # C18152 that features convenient tie-down openings, a rise on the shank for better ground clearance, and a fixed design to reduce movement and better withstand the rougher ride behind a trailer.
