In the highest speed setting the fan of the Fan-Tastic roof vent part # FV802250 that you referenced will draw 3 amps. 3 amps is 36 watts.

I have a fantastic fan, apparently 2016 model, standard, but not working. I want to change the 4amp fuse but cannot remove the fuse holder, how does it come off?

This is what the manual says in regards to this roof vent: Turn the black cap anti-clockwise by one-quarter turn. Pull the cap down gently. The fuse is on the back of the cap. Check whether the wire is defective within the glass. - Then you can simply pull the fuse out.
