Do you have a kit to add compressor , gauge, and switch to a truck with air bags already?

Yes, our compressor kits like the Firestone kit part # F2158 that you referenced are designed for exactly what you described. You can easily add this to your vehicle's air bag kit and you'd have a compressor kit with a gauge that mounts on the vehicle's interior that also has a switch on it to allow you to inflate or deflate the bags as needed.
