F142430 Line capacity says: 7/32inch x 185. Is this correct and does etrailer.com carry this cable? I will not be using this winch for boat hauling.I dont have a boat. Will be using this winch for general purpose lifting or pulling. Or do you recommend 1/4inch x 150foot cable instead. Lifting or pulling should not be more than a 1000 lbs. Someday I will need to pull a refrigerator on a hand truck up a flight of exterior stairs on a one story building to dispose off Thanks

The Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch # F142430 referenced in your question does indeed have a drum storage capacity of 185 feet of 7/32 inch cable. The longest 7/32 inch cable we have available is the Fulton # FWC7500100 that measures 50 feet long and also includes a hook.
This hand winch features a 3,700 pound weight capacity and will work really nicely for your general purpose lifting or pulling as it does include a hand brake to let you manually control release of a load and a neutral freewheel position to allow for quick line payout.
