The only trailer hitch available for your 2018 Honda Clarity is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch # 306-X7377, which provides a 2 inch receiver. A 2 inch receiver is actually going to allow for much great versatility than a smaller 1-1/4 inch model and you will find that there are a lot more accessories available (bike racks, cargo carriers, etc) with this larger size. This particular hitch also features a really sleek hidden-crosstube design that will maintain an OEM appearance on your Clarity. I have attached an image a customer sent in of the hitch installed so you can see how your vehicle will look.

If you happen to already have a 1-1/4 inch accessory you can simply add a reducer sleeve like Brophy # HT02 to the hitch.
