Can 53 Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars be Used for a Roof Rack on a 2019 Honda CR-V

I have a 2019 CR-V with factory mounted flush roof rails. I wish to install THULE WingBar EVO bars with the Rapid Podium Footpack 460R and KIT 3166. THULE and etrailer both recommend using 47inch bars. Can I install 53inch bars instead of 47inch bars?

There is a chance that the 53" Black # TH711420 or Silver # TH711400 WingBar Evo Crossbars will fit on your 2019 Honda CR-V but since the WingBar Evo crossbars have limited mounting space on the bottom side (see attached) it is hard to say if the 6" longer bars will fit. If you are really wanting the WingBar Evo system then I recommend using the 47" Black # TH711220 or Silver # TH711200 Crossbars with the Podium Feet # TH460R and the Fit Kit # THKIT3166.
If you are really wanting to use longer bars then another leading brand in the roof rack industry is Yakima. They offer the 50" Black bars # Y00425 JetStream Crossbars (similar to the WingBar Evo) that mount to the SkyLine Towers # Y53TR, and the Landing Pad 19 # Y00245 for your '19 CR-V. Since the JetStream bars have a continuous slot on the underside you can easily upgrade to the 60" # Y00426 bars and know that they will fit. Just make sure that the 60" won't stick out past your side mirrors and you're good to go!
